Regarding forward controls: the only problem -- even with the stock ones (as forward as they are)-- is that it's kinda hard to stand up on the pegs when you have to. Isn't it? You know what I mean, don't you? Sometimes when you need to lower the center of gravity for more stability, by standing on the footpegs, you put more weight toward the bottom. Seems like it would be better to have the stock controls in the standard position (further back), then install forward highway pegs for comfort.
